Position Summary

We are seeking a Sales Manager – Plumbing & HVAC to lead our sales efforts across residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on, hybrid role for someone with industry experience who can work directly with customers, close deals, support technicians, and help design the sales systems that will drive long-term growth. You will personally close sales, help shape pricing and margin strategy, and play an active role in developing processes and tools — including ServiceTitan — to improve performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with residential and commercial customers to assess needs and close plumbing and HVAC sales
• Visit job sites to scope projects and provide accurate, timely proposals
• Support field technicians with technical insight, pricing guidance, and customer communication
• Help design and refine pricing models, margin targets, and sales processes
• Play a key role in implementing and optimizing ServiceTitan for sales and estimating
• Monitor job profitability and assist with resolving billing or accounts receivable issues
• Stay current on industry trends, equipment, incentives, and rebate programs
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that strengthens our reputation and drives referrals

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the plumbing and/or HVAC industry required
• Background as a technician, estimator, comfort advisor, or similar role strongly preferred
• Proven ability to communicate with customers and close sales
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of HVAC and/or plumbing systems
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Qualifications
